المستخلص: This study aimed To detect the big five factors and Coping strategies in the both of medical and semi-medical frameworks. And to achieve the main goal, The study Relied on the descriptive co-relational approach Because it’s more appropriate in which we are in the process of achieve. this study Applied on a specimen concluding 110 doctors and nurses randomly selected: 40 doctors and70 nurses, distributed into tow public hospitals: El bachir Ben -nacer and Djilani Ben Omar in Eloued . We use the both of scales the big five factors of (Costa , McCrae 1992)and Coping strategies (Folkman, Lazarus 1988) . To verify the study hypotheses of the we use this statistic methods by introducing system of Statistical Package for Social Sciences SPSS: -Person correlation factor. To detect the correlation statistical function between the five big factors and coping strategies. -test T to detect the statistical distinctions between the medical and semi-medical frameworks In coping strategies. The stady medical and semi-medical frameworks. This study concluded to the following results: -there is no negative correlation between neuroticism and coping stress strategies focused on the problem. -there is a correlation between neuroticism and coping stress strategies focused on the strain -there is positive correlation between Extraversion and coping strategies focused on the Problem and strain. -there is not positive correlation between openness to experience and coping strategies focused on the Problem and strain -There is positive correlation between goodness and coping strategies focused on the Problem and strain -There is positive correlation between Conscience and coping strategies focused on the Problem and strain. -there is not statistical distinctions between the medical and semi-medical frameworks in coping strategies
