تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع أحكام جوائز السحب في الفقه الإسلامي, حيث بينت حقيقة المسابقة في اللغة والاصطلاح, وأدلة مشروعيتها, والحكم التكليفي لها, ثم بيان الألفاظ ذات العلاقة بالمسابقة, والعلاقة بينهما من حيث وجوه الشبه والاختلاف, ثم ذكرت في الفصل الثاني من البحث حقيقة الجائزة في اللغة والاصطلاح, وبيان الألفاظ ذات الصلة بها, والأدلة على مشروعيتها, ثم تطرقت إلى المسابقات التي تُشرع فيها الجوائز, والغرض منها وضوابطها, ثم ختمت الرسالة ببيان حقيقة السحب والألفاظ ذات الصلة به ثم ذكرت الصور التطبيقية المعاصرة للجوائز السحب مع بيان أحكامها الشرعية في المجال العلمي والثقافي والإعلامي والتجاري, وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن جوائز السحب انتشرت انتشارا واسعاً في شتى مجالات الحياة, فكان جديراً أن تُدرس تلك الجوائز من الناحية الشرعية وبيان موقف الشرع منها.
