يتميّز محيط الأعمال، في هذه المرحلة الحساسة من تاريخ المجتمعات البشرية، بتحولات جذرية وتغيّرات عميقة، انقلبت بموجبها كل الموازين -تقريبا- وتوجب بسببها إعادة النظر ومراجعة كل المفاهيم والقناعات الراسخة. يمكن اعتبار أهم تحول فعال -في هذا المضمار- انتقال مركز الثقل ومرتكز النمو من المقدرات المادية والمالية إلى المقدرات المعرفية والابداعية، وهو ما يطرح اليوم نموذجا تحليليا جديدا Un Nouveau Paradigme في مجال التنظيم والإدارة الاستراتيجية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية. \ The radical transformations and the rapid changes constitute the principal characteristics of the actual economic en environment. This new situation has confused the sum of convictions and imposed the revision of all work organization’s methods inherited from the qualified period of the industrial society. The actual passage towards the society of knowledge and the conditions that demands such a mutation re-put the immaterial resources in every strategic reflexion. This opens the way for an emergency of a new paradigm and constitutes a revaluating of knowledge and competences which are actually considered as major conditions for firm’s survival and competitiveness. \ Les transformations radicales et les changements extrêmement rapides, constituent les principales caractéristiques de l’environnement économique actuel. Cette nouvelle donne a bouleversé l’ensemble des convictions jusque là indiscutable et imposé la révision et la remise en cause de toutes les méthodes d’organisation du travail héritées de la période qualifiée de société industrielle. Le passage actuel vers la société cognitive et les conditions qu’exige une telle mutation replace les ressources immatérielles au cœur de toute réflexion stratégique. Ce qui ouvre la voie à l’émergence d’un nouveau paradigme et constitue une revalorisation des connaissances et des compétences considérées actuellement comme conditions majeures de pérennité et de compétitivité. \ |
