يهدف البحث إلى تصميم جهلة مهارية لبراعم الجودو وتضم هذه الجملة بعض المبادئ الأساسية وبعض مهارات اللعب من أعلى (ناجى وازا) واللعب الأرضي وتم اختيار المنهج التجريبي واستعان الباحث بالتصميم التجريبي لمجموعتين أحداهما تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة وتم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العمدية واشتملت على عدد (20) من براعم الجودو بنادي الصيد المصري والمسجلين بالاتحاد المصري، وتم جمع البيانات عن طريق استمارة استطلاع رأي الخبراء للتعرف على مهارات اللعب الأرضي المناسبة لعينة البحث والتعرف على مدى فنية تركيب الجملة المهارية وتحديد الجوانب الرئيسية للبرنامج التعليمي والتدريبي المقترح وتم التوصل إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0.05) بين القياس القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية في بعض المتغيرات المهارية الخاصة بالجملة المهارية المقترحة لبراعم الجودو (المبادئ الأساسية- بعض مهارات اللعب من أعلى- بعض مهارات اللعب الأرضي) لصالح القياس البعدي، كما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0.05) بين القياسات البعدية للمجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في بعض المتغيرات المهارية الخاصة بالجملة المهارية المقترحة لبراعم الجودو (المبادئ الأساسية-بعض مهارات اللعب من أعلى- بعض مهارات اللعب الأرضي) لصالح القياس البعدى للمجموعة التجريبية.
