المستخلص: يعتبر التنظيم كيان اجتماعي فيه جملة عمليات وتفاعلات، وأن السلطة هي علاقة تبادلية؛ كون منطق السلطة كفعل له مبدأ يرتبط بالممارسة، وهو انعكاس للشخصية السلطوية وله مقصد يرتبط بالتأثير في الآخرين، وهو فعل علائقي يشترط وجود طرفين، إذ من غير الممكن أن تكون السلطة دون أفراد تمارس عليهم، في ثنائيات: (ممارس السلطة- الأفراد)، أو (الآمر – المأمور)، (المؤثر-المتأثر) وغيرها وهي ازدواجية اجتماعية تترجم تنوعا وتدرجا وعلوا وفوارق.
وسلطة الأستاذ الجامعي تستمد من التنظيم الذي يعيشه سواء كقائد أمام طلابه وهنا نتكلم عن السلطة القانونية، وسلطة الشخصية، وسلطة الوظيفة، أو كقدوة وهنا نتكلم عن سلطة الخبرة، وسلطة المعلومة، وسلطة الارتباط ....، هذه المصادر التي يستمد منها الأستاذ شرعية سلطته هي نفسها التي تملي عليه أخلاق مهنية معينة .
فكيف يمارس الأستاذ سلطته في ظل ما تمليه عليه أخلاقه المهنية ؟
تناولنا في هذه المقالة سلوك الأستاذ الجامعي من خلال ممارسته السلطوية والأخلاقية وما يترتب عنها من أفعال وردود أفعال بين الأستاذ وطلابه.

L’organisation est une entité social possède un ensemble des opérations et des interactions alors que l’autorité est une relation interchangeable. Étant le raisonnement de l’autorité comme un acte a un principe lié à la pratique, il est un reflète de la personnalité autoritaire et il possède un but associé au l’influence sur les autres. De plus, il est un acte relationnel qui requis deux parties, car autorité ne peut pas être sans personnes soumises à elle dans des dualismes : (le personne avec l’autorité – les individus), (commandant – commandé), (cause –effet)..etc, des dualités sociales qui traduit un diversité, gradualité et différences.
L’autorité d’un professeur est dérivé de l’organisation qu’il y vit, soit comme
un leader devant ses étudiants –ici on parle de l’autorité juridique, fonctionnelle et de la personnalité-, ou soit comme un modèle –ici on parle de l’autorité d’expérience, de l’information, de lien…..-. ces sources qui fournissent la légitimité de l’autorité de professeur sont les mêmes qui dictent Certains éthique professionnelle.
Comment le professeur peut exercer son autorité dictée par la morale professionnelle?
Dans cet article, nous avons abordé le comportement du professeur dans l'exercice de son autorité et sa pratique morale et les conséquences des actions et de réactions entre le professeur et ses étudiants

The organization is a social entity, in which there are a number of processes and interactions, and power is a reciprocal relationship; the logic of power as an act has a principle related to practice, a reflection of authoritarian personality and a purpose connected to influence in others. It is a relational action requires two parties. Power cannot be without individuals exercised over them, in pairs: (the practitioner of power - individuals), or (director – subordinates ), (influential - affected) and others, which is a social duality that translates diversity, progression, rise and differences.
The authority of the university professor derives from the organization he lives in as a leader in front of his students. Here we talk about the legal authority, the authority of the personality, the authority of the job or the role model. Here we speak of the authority of experience, the authority of information and the power of association etc. These sources, from which the professor derives the legitimacy of his authority, are the same as those dictated by certain professional ethics.
How can the professor exercise his authority under directions of his professional ethics?
In this article, we discussed the behavior of the university professor through his authoritarian and moral practice and the consequent actions and reactions between the professor and his students.
