أن الثقافة القانونية تعتبر أساسا لتكوين المواطن الصالح وضرورة لكل فرد في المجتمع لكي يدرك حقوقه وواجباته التي ينص عليها القانون، وحيث أن قطاع الشباب بصفة عامة يعد الثروة الحقيقة لأي مجتمع من المجتمعات إذا ما أحسن استغلاله، وشباب الجامعة بصفة خاصة يمثلون شريحة هامة داخل قطاع الشباب، لذلك سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى الوقوف على مدى إلمام طلاب الجامعات بالتشريعات المنظمة للحياة الجامعية، ووصولا لوضع تصور مقترح لكيفية ننشر الثقافة القانونية بين طلاب الجامعة، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، واعتمدت على استبانه لقياس مستوى الثقافة، تم تطبيقها على (505) طالب وطالبة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى ضعف ثقافة طلاب الجامعات بالتشريعات المنظمة للحياة الجامعية، وكان هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا لصالح الذكور، وطلاب الكليات العملية، والمشاركين في الأنشطة الطلابية، والمشاركين سياسيا، ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا وفق متغير الفرقة والإقامة، وفي ضوء الإطار النظري والجانب الميداني قدمت الباحثة تصورا مقترحا لتنمية الثقافة القانونية لدى طلاب الجامعة.
The legal culture is the basis for the formation of a good citizen and a necessity for every individual in the society in order to realize their rights and duties prescribed by law, and as the youth sector in general is the real wealth of a society of communities, if properly exploited, and Youth League in particular represent an important segment within the youth sector, so the study identifies the extent of knowledge of university students organized for university life legislation, and ending to conceptualize a proposal for how to publish legal culture among university students, the study used a descriptive approach, and relied on a questionnaire to measure the level of culture, have been applied to (505) students, the study found weak forward university students organized for university life legislation, and there was statistically significant in favor of males differences, and college students process, and participants in student activities, and participants politically, and there is no statistically significant differences according to the band and stay variable, and in light of the theoretical framework and side field researcher presented a vision a proposal for the development of the legal culture among university students.
