The study aims at acknowledging on the use of recent information technology for distance training and preparing electronic courses and their handling through the internet and the computer networks and their application for training centers in the Arab World and the foreign centers and to determine the hindrances of using such systems. The scope of work is designed to include the field survey based on the use of information technology in preparing the electronic courses for distance training through 20 centers which have web sites and 20 foreign centers for training from 200 foreign centers available across the internet through the search engines Goggle - Yahoo and Alta Vista. The researchers used the scope of analyses is for web pages of the international standards from the research centers of University of Douglas, 2005 in Canada and University of Marshall, 2005 in New York. The research concluded, through the statistical analysis, to objective directions of distance training centers to use multimedia electronic courses and transfer them across the internet. Also there is difference in the operation of managing the multimedia systems and the recent information technology in managing the traditional courses, and the domination of the information and marketing material on the electronic courses instead of the actual handling of the electronic content of the course through websites and managing it. Lastly the technical hindrances such as the increase of the required capacity for the multimedia course across the internet.
