استهدفت الدراسة تناول تمويل التعليم الجامعي في مصر في ضوء المتغيرات المعاصرة (نموذج مقترح). واتبعت المنهج الوصفي لوصف الظاهرة وصفا دقيقا من خلال جمع المعلومات والعمل على تصنيفها وتحليلها. ووفقا لهذا المنهج تم جمع المعلومات والبيانات من المصادر المتوفرة وفحصها وتنظيمها. واقتصرت حدود الدراسة على مناقشة واقع التعليم في ضوء زيادة الطلب الاجتماعي عليه ومناقشة تمويل التعليم الجامعي المصري مع التعرف على مصادر بديلة له وخبرة كل من دولة ماليزيا وألمانيا وبريطانيا وفرنسا واليابان وأمريكا. واختتمت الدراسة بتقديم نموذج مقترح لتمويل التعليم الجامعي في ضوء زيادة الطلب عليه موضحة فلسفة الأنموذج المقترح والأسس العامة التي بني عليها. وأهدافه ووسائل وآليات تحقيق أهدافه والضمانات الواجب توافرها لنجاح النموذج المقترح. وأوصت الدراسة برجوع القائمين على التعليم الجامعي إلى النموذج المقترح للوصول إلى مصادر تمويلية بديلة.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018


The study aimed at financing university education in Egypt in the light of contemporary variables (proposed model). The descriptive approach was used to describe the phenomenon accurately through collecting information and working on its classification and analysis. According to this approach, information and data were collected from the available sources and they were examined and organized. The study was limited to discussing the reality of education in the light of increasing social demand and discussing funding the Egyptian university education, in addition to identifying alternative sources and experiences of Malaysia, Germany, Britain, France, Japan and America. The study was concluded by presenting a proposed model for funding university education in the light of the increasing demand for it explaining the philosophy of the proposed model and the general principles on which it was based on, its objectives, means and mechanisms to achieve its objectives and the guarantees required for the success of the proposed model. The study emphasized that officials who are responsible for university education should depend on the proposed model to identify alternative funding sources..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
