There is no doubt that the child's disability represents a severe shock to all the family members, especially the parents. This requires the need to prepare for counseling programs and provide services for the early detection of the child's disability and identifying its special needs, and how to deal with it and adapt to the new reality, due to the importance of these counseling programs and multifaceted services (health, psychological, social, and economic) they rely on modern techniques which focused on the disabled child and his family together for ease the imbalance resulting from the disability, and to achieve the highest levels of quality for the whole family and configure a positive vision of the disability. Also providing the early intervention programs for families of hearing impaired children helps relieve psychological stress faded by the family on disability, through providing the counseling needs to all family members, especially parents and persuade them to participate actively in these programs and contribute to improve their family quality of life, this is reflected positively on disabled children, where they feel in line with themselves and with others; and therefore they satisfy with their lives and integrate into the community.
