This research is devoted mainly for presenting the theoretical basis for the various options of tools available for managing the irrigation water in the era of water scarcity through the demand-side approach after the continuous calls for removing the government subsidy on that side. In this respect, both the normative-economics & the positive-economics' point of view would be highlighted. |
