520		\|b The main objective of this paper is to derive the measures of skewness and kurtosis of the ratio of two binomial variables, R. The third central moment , and the fourth central moment of this ratio are derived. Approximation formulae are derived using successive decreasing upper bounds and successive increasing lower bounds approach. A numerical study is described .A Mathcad program for the required computations is given.
