Jordan now is making actual steps in order to transfer from traditional government to e-Government, through the great use of information technology systems, which receive a big support from his Majesty King Abdullah. This paper is specially meant to discuss the significant of internet and technology in shaping the government services through its on line application called E- Government services. It has been widely recognized that good governance will try to bring the best services available for the interest of public, business, and the country itself as a whole. Singapore as one of the leading country that has been utilizing IT nationwide, will be taken as a case study of these E-Government services, and how can, Jordan obtain some advantages from the Singaporean experience. Network economics will be the main interest for economic discussion in this paper and the issue of positive network externality and strategy adopted by the government to promote online "public administration" will be discussed as well.
