520		\|b This study investigates the factors affecting job stress among Egyptian governmental employees. Job stress was investigated to measure their impact on the Egyptian employee. The study aimed to investigate the impact of the factors affecting stress among different work occupations end among different age groups. A sample of 271 Egyptian employees was used in this study. The sample included governmental employees from different sectors and different age groups. Findings of this study were interesting and give a guide to managerial policy makers.
