520		\|b In this paper, we consider a multi-server queueing system in which. \ (i)\ customers arrive according to the Poisson distribution with parameter λ \ (ii)\ the arriving customers are served in batches according to the general bulk service rule and \ (iii)\ the batches are served by c servers . \ For an finite waiting space with capacity N , we derive the system - size distribution and the mean number of customers in the queue (mean queue length). \
