One of it is related to conflicts on the standard of one sociaty or between the different societies, in addition to the civil development in the individual life. \ Today there are many Organization that interesting and specializing in the of law, polities Religion and sociaty and other fields that related to the subject are working to get a combined aim which is gow to Human rights and Conserve it actual and spiritual and avoid losing on Catching his noble reduce his humanity. \ Mass Media is one of important media in keeping Societies rights and an participant in make anoble human aim which have a positive effect to reach the wishing aim which is respecting individual and Conserving his structure from every thing threat him or make an actual and spiritual harm to him. So that different mass media have a big role in this subject but how Can mass media \ This role and make it active and bean assistant for who Called for human rights in making their noble human aims. \ So to make a primary relation between the two field of the subject (Human rights and Mass Media) we make a theoretical study about this subject starting with a historical view about the beginning of human rights and its development and submitting a practical suggestions about the role than Mass Media Can play in related to human rights
