هدف المقال إلى الكشف عن تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي والأنظمة الخبيرة ودورها في زيادة كفاءة المحامين أمام القضاء. حيث أوضح أنه في ظل هذا التطبيق أو هذا النظام يتم تكليف الحاسب بالبحث عن موضوع معين أو معالجة معينة أو نص معين في قانون أو لائحة، ثم يقوم الجهاز تلقائيا بعرض ما توصل إليه من نتائج وربما يحتاج هذا البحث لو تم يدويا عدة أسابيع، ولكن الباحث يمكنه الوصول إلى ذلك في دقائق محددة، ويمكن إعطاء الأمر إلى الجهاز والانشغال بأعمال أخرى أو إعطاء أكثر من أمر يتعلق بأكثر من موضوع، وترك الجهاز يقوم بالبحث عنها ثم عرضها بالتراتيب في وقت أخر. كما يستطيع أكثر من باحث طرح موضوعات البحث وتسجيلها على الجهاز وتظهر النتيجة مقترنة باسم كل باحث على حدة ولكل سؤال على حدة. كما تناول المقال المحور التالي تطبيق الأساليب الإلكترونية الحديثة في الإدارة القانونية والتي اشتملت علي استرجاع السوابق القضائية، واستخدام نموذج محاكاة القاضي أو محاكاة الخصوم، وربط نصوص القانون واجبة التطبيق مع الأحكام المتعلقة بنفس النصوص، والأجندة الإلكترونية، واستخدام نظام الخبير الإلكتروني، وتنميط وتوحيد أداء الاستشارات القانونية باستخدام نظم الخبرة الاستشارية والمساعدة على نقل الخبرة إلى العاملين الجدد بالإدارات القانونية ،والمكتبة القانونية الإلكترونية ،والأرشيف الإلكتروني ،واستخدام تقنية الباحث الذاتي، والمراجعة الإلكترونية لصحف الدعاوي والمذكرات. وأختتم المقال بأن الوسائل الإلكترونية تختصر الوقت والمجهود وتضمن الدقة وتوفر وقتا للتفكير لدي محامي الإدارات القانونية للوصول إلى مداخل أو حلول إبداعية احترافية في مجال عملهم. كما أنها تعتبر نوعا من التدريب الإلكتروني يعمل على الارتقاء بمستواهم المهني والتقني بما يضمن الوصول إلى المستوي الاحترافي في أقصر وقت ممكن.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018

The article aim is to reveal the artificial intelligence application, the expert systems, and their role in increasing the efficiency of lawyers before the judiciary. It explained that under this application or system, the computer is assigned to search for a specific subject or treatment or a specific text in a law or a list. The machine automatically displays the results; this research may need several weeks if it work manually. The researcher can access it in specific minutes; he can give order to the device and preoccupied with other works or give more than one order related to more than one subject, and leave the device to search then presenting it one by one in another time. More than one researcher can put the research topics and record them on the device and the result shows association with the name of each researcher individually and for each question separately. The article deals with this axis applying the modern electronic methods in the legal administration, which included the retrieval of case law, using the judge simulation model or the simulation of adversaries, linking the law texts under applicable with the provisions related to the same texts, the electronic agenda. Also, using the electronic expert system, using standardization the consultancy systems performance, using Consulting systems and helping to transfer expertise to the new employees in the legal departments, the electronic legal library, the electronic archive, the use of self-researcher technology, and electronic auditing lawsuits and a court warrant. The article concluded that electronic means shorten the time and effort and ensure accuracy and time to think with the lawyers of the legal departments to access the entrances, or creative, professional solutions in their field. It is also considered as a kind of electronic training that aims to upgrade their professional and technical level in a way that ensures access to the professional level in the shortest possible time.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
