1- تمتاز إيران بموقع متميز والذي يتمثل بالجسر الأرضي الذي يربط وسط آسيا مع شرقها، وغربها مع منطقة البحر المتوسط، كذلك تشكل حلقة الوصل بين آسيا وأوربا، كما لها اتصالات بحرية مهمة (الخليج العربي في الجنوب الغربي، وبحر قزوين في الشمال). 2- ازدادت أهمية إيران من خلال التطور الصناعي والتكنولوجي في مختلف المجالات، ولاسيما في مجال الطاقة النووية، وامتلاكها القدرة النووية وجعلها محل أنظار العالم، 3- الانحدار السكاني لإيران امتاز بأنه معتدل (4.4)، وذلك بسبب أن معظم الدول المجاورة لإيران تمتاز بالانحدار السالب، ماعدا تركيا امتازت بالانحدار الموجب (عدد سكانها كبير جداً) الذي جعل إيران ذات انحدار معتدل، لو عدد سكان تركيا قليل لأصبحت إيران ذات انحدار موجب. 4- الانحدار العسكري يمتاز بأنه موجب (0.28)، لأن معظم الدول المجاورة لها لامتلك قوة عسكرياً، ماعدا باكستان وتركيا. يتضح مما سبق أن إيران تمتلك قوة سكانية وعسكرية جيدة، إلا أن أكثر الدول خطورة على إيران هي باكستان وتركيا اللتان تمتلكان قوة عسكرياً قوية في المنطقة، كذلك التواجد الأمريكي الكبير في منطقة الخليج العربي وكذلك في أفغانستان يجب أن يأخذ بالحسبان لاسيما وأن العلاقات الإيرانية الأمريكية دائماً في حالة توتر، بسبب الملف النووي الإيراني وكذلك دعم إيران لعدد من حركات التحرر في عدد من الدول، جعلها محل أنظار تلك الدول. يستطيع الباحث تقديم جملة من النصائح يمكن أن تستفاد منها إيران:- 1- تحسين المستوى المعاشي للسكان، من أجل الحفاظ على الأمن الداخلي، ومنح الحريات. 2- إذا كانت الحالة الاقتصادية جيدة، يجب أن تحث الحكومة الشباب على الزواج من أجل زيادة النمو السكاني، لغرض زيادة القوة البشرية. 3- السعي لتطوير القدرة النووية الإيرانية، على الرغم من عدم رغبة الباحث بذلك بسبب المخاطر الناتجة عن هذه الأسلحة وتجاربها في المنطقة، إلا أن امتلاكها من قبل عدد من الدول في المنطقة، جعل من امتلاك إيران إعادة للتوازن العسكري والسياسي. 4- السعي لعقد اتفاقيات مع الدول الكبرى كروسيا والاتحاد الأوربي من أجل زيادة الأهمية السياسية لإيران. 5- عقد اتفاقيات مع الدول الجوار للحفاظ على أمن الحدود. \
Iran lies in a distinct position representing a land bridge which connects the middle of Asia with its east on the one hand, and its west with Mediterranean region on the other. Iran is also considered a connecting link between Asia and Europe. Moreover, it has important coasts on Arabian Gulf in the eastern south and the Caspian Sea in the north. The importance of Iran has grown through industrial and technological advancement in different fields, especially in nuclear energy. Possessing nuclear energy made Iran the focus of interest of the world. Iran has a moderate demographic power contrast, w'hich amounts to (4.4). This is attributed to the fact that most neighboring countries have negative demographic contrast, except for Turkey, which has a positive one (it has a very great number of population). If Turkey has a small number of population, then Iran would have a positive demographic power contrast. Iran's military power contrast is positive (0.28), since most neighboring countries, except for Turkey and Pakistan, have no considerable military powers. Therefore, it can be said that Iran has good demographic and military power contrast. However, the most dangerous country for Iran are Pakistan and Turkey, who can be considered powerful military powers. Besides, the heavy existence of the USA in Arab Gulf and Afghanistan should be taken into consideration, particularly, because Iranian- American relationship is always in tension, due to the Iranian nuclear agenda and Iran's support of some liberation movements in the region, which made Iran focus of the consideration of these states. The researcher may of some suggestions that Iran could make use of concerning the foresaid issues, which are: Promoting citizens' living levels, in order to keep on internal security, and granting them freedoms. If Iran has a good economic situation, then the government must urge youth for marriage, in order to increase demographic growth, so that enhance man power. Proceeding the development of Iran's nuclear power, however the researcher doesn't approve that due to dangers of nuclear weapons and their tests. But the acquisition of nuclear weapons of some states in the region makes acquisition of such weapons by Iran keeping military and political balance. Endeavor the holding of agreement with great powers, such as Russia and the European Union, to enhance Iran's political value. Entering into agreements with neighboring countries to keep borders safe. \
