|a شكلت مدينة الفلوجة خلال المدة ما قبل التسعينيات من القرن الماضي مركز استقطاب وتركز كبير لأنشطة صناعية متنوعة وبنسبة (84%) من إجمالي عدد المنشآت الصناعية (الصغيرة والكبيرة) في قضاء الفلوجة والبالغ عددها (955) منشأة صناعية. وأسهمت هذه الأنشطة بشكل إيجابي في تطوير الأساس الاقتصادي والهيكل العمراني للمدنية. لكن وخلال ما بعد هذه المدة وإلى الآن وبسبب انعدام الموازنة بين استمرار عمليات التركز الصناعي من جهة والنمو السكاني واتجاهات التوسع العمراني الحالية والمستقبلية ومستوى الأداء الوظيفي للخدمات المختلفة من جهة أخرى، فقد انعكس واقع التركز الصناعي في كثيراً من جوانبه سلباً على المدينة من الناحية الاقتصادية والبيئية العمرانية، مما يتطلب ذلك ضرورة اعتماد بدائل مكانية تتوافر فيها عوامل الاستقطاب ضمن أكثر من محور لاسيما المحور الشرقي لإعادة التوقيع المكاني للأنشطة الصناعية الحالية والجديدة خارج مركز مدينة الفلوجة.
|b Al-Fallujah City is established during the space of time before the ninety from the past century a big polarization and concentration center for an various industrial activities at the rate of (84%) from total number of the establishments industrial (the small and big one) in Fallujah city which reach (955) establishment industrial. This activities is took part in positive way in developing the economic foundation and the constructional framework for the city. But during and after this period and till now and due to the lack of equivalent between continuance the concentration industrial operations from aside and the increasing of people and the current and futurism directions of construction expansion and the standard of functional performance for different service from another side. The industrial concentration is reflected in a lot of its side passively on the city from the economical, environmental, and construction side, which is required the necessity of depending substitutes spatiality increased with polarization factors within more than axis especially the eastern axis for the city to laying back the spatial distribution for the current and recent industrial activities abroad the center of Fallujah city.
