The United States attitude to the execution of some Iraqi Jews by Iraqi government at 1969. At the end of 1968, the Iraqi government announced, that it foiled an espionage plot, aimed to collect military information about the capabilities of the Iraqi army. After that announcement, The Iraqi government made wide propaganda for preparation to Try those accused of spying. List of defendants included a group of Iraqis from different religious origins; there were Jews, Christians, and Muslims. The Iraqi “Revolution’s Court” sentenced fourteen defendants to death, nine of them were Jews. The executions were carried out at 27/1/1969. This research tries to focus on the attitude of United States to the execution of those Iraqi Jews, through the diplomatic messages and statements issued by Department of State. Then it’s continuing attempts to put pressure on Iraqi government, in order to allow the Jews to leave Iraq and migrate to another country. Despite some success, United States faced many difficulties, resulted from severance diplomatic relations between the two countries since 1967
