الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام علي المبعوث رحمة للعالمين: سيدنا محمد، وعلي آلة، وصحبه المنتجبين. أما بعد: فإن وسطية القرآن الكريم سرت بالفعل إلي دعائم النظام الاقتصادي والذي يتألف من (الملكية الفردية، العمل، الإرث) فأقامته علي أساس إنساني مثالي من العلم والعمل والبحث والسعي والتنافس في الخير والتعاون عليه مع الصدق والتسامح والرحمة في التعامل والتبادل. فانطلقت آيات القرآن الكريم في إقامة تلك الدعائم من نفس المنطلق الذي تصدر عنه كل جوانب كيانه وقواعد بنيانه، فقد احترام حق الملكية الفردية شريطة مشروعيتها في الأصل وسلامة ممارستها، بحيث لا تمس حقوق الأفراد ولا تتعارض مع مصلحة الجماعة، كما منح القرآن الكريم حرية العمل، والفرد يختار ما يشاء من عمل دون إكراه أو إجبار ما عدا الأعمال المحرمة التي تضر ولا تنفع مثل الخمر والميسر والربا وغيرها. وشرح الله عز وجل في كتابه الكريم الإرث كوسيلة لتفتيت الثروة ويعتبرها ضماناً لأفراد الأسرة الواحدة بعد أن فصل القرآن الكريم توزيع الحصص توزيعاً عادلاً ودقيقاً بما يرضي إرادة المورث. فكان لابد لنا من العودة إلي الحد الوسط، وإلي الصراط السوي فتعتدل كفتا الميزان، وهذا ما جاء به القرآن الكريم يريد العدل والاستقامة، وهو دليل الخيرية كما أنها تمثل الأمان وهي دليل القوة ومركز الوحدة وهي حبل النجاة لامتنا العربية والإسلامية من التيه والضياع الذي يهدد حاضرها ومستقبلها.
