تناولت هذه الدراسة الخدمات العامة التي قدمها خلفاء الدولة الموحدية لرعاياهم في المغرب والأندلس في جوانب الحياة المختلفة من خلال تحقيق العدل والمساواة، والاهتمام بالمجالات العلمية، والصحية، والعمرانية، والاقتصادية، ومحاربة الظواهر الاجتماعية الشاذة، وقصدنا من تلك الدراسة الكشف عن مدى قيام السلطة السياسية الإسلامية الممثلة بالدولة الموحدية في أداء مهامها اتجاه الرعية، فضلاً عن ذلك ابتغت الدراسة اظهار الجوانب الحضارية التي كانت تتمتع بها الدولة الموحدية في المغرب والأندلس، وخلص البحث إلى نتائج عدة، من أبرزها أن الدعوة الدينية التي قامت على أساسها الدولة كان لها أثر كبير في تقديمها الخدمات لرعاياها إذ كانت ترى فيها أنها الجسر الرابط بينها وبينهم، وأحدى السبل التي تعطي الديمومة والاستمرار بقوتها.
The Public services to the caliphs of the Almohad state in Morocco and Andalusia This study deals with the public services provided by the caliphs of the Almohad State towards their subjects in Morocco and Andalusia in the different aspects of the life in order to achieve justice and equality on the one hand, concentrated on the scientific, health, constructional fields, and fighting against the social phenomena anomalies on the other hand, our aim of the study is to detect the extent of the performance of the Islamic political power in implementing its duties towards its subjects, in addition to this, showing the aspects of the civilization found by the Almohad State in Morocco and Andalusia. Thus, the article has concluded to the several results, one the most important results is the religious call which is based on the activity of the State in presenting the services to its subjects as long as the State had seen that works would be like the bridge which would link between it and its subjects and one of the ways that would give the strength and continuity for its power
