Social, psychological and health caving of the Elderly has become the scientific method to these fields that a ffect the overall human development which represent by utilizing from their experiences and energies . the improve of the quality of their lives is the ultimate aim of all care and service that present to them . from this point, this study was in the field of social service of the medical field and treated with the psychological and mental health problems the Eldery suffer from . those elderly resident in the nursing home with special needs in Baghdad city . this study aims to shed . light on the most important problems Its scientific importance for this subject shows the addition of a new study in the field of taking care of those elderly while the scientific and practical importance were represented in what we reach of results and diagnosis the importance of these problems and represent a suitable recommandations in order to tuckle them and mitigate their negative effects in terms of taking part in the operation of planning and development to the programs of socially , psychology , and healthy aspects and the other aspects . the reason behind taking this home and not other special care institutions was becouse it represents the only government area in Baghdad city that includes a large number of the Elderly with the difference of the hature of service that the home offers. Our study includes an introduction which Contains the determine of the problem , the goal , and the practical and scientific importance . In addition to that . the reasons behind choosing the problem of this study there are four chapters , the first one includes the method of the study and the research tools , while the second chapter contains the determine of the concepts and the previous studies . the third chapter represents the results of the study , while the fourth chapter includes the conclusions and the recommandations and attached with the abstruction in English language
