تناولت هذه الدراسة البحث في العلاقات الأردنية السعودية وما لهذه العلاقة من خصوصية مميزة وايجابية في معظم مراحلها التاريخية والحاضرة والروابط المشتركة بين البلدين ومدى حرص البلدين على تطوير علاقاتهما المتميزة على نحو يكرسها بالفعل الميداني والعملي، وكذلك النهوض بالعلاقات الثنائية لما لها من مردود ايجابي على العلاقات العربية على قاعدة خدمة المصالح المشتركة والتعاون المثمر في مجالات عدة في الاقتصاد والتجارة والاستثمار والتعليم، تلك المجالات التي تشكل الأسس المتينة والراسخة لتعميم تجربة التعاون والتنسيق الأردنية السعودية الناجحة؛ التي استطاعت أن تصمد وتتعمق وتزداد صلابة وثقة متبادلة عل رغم العواصف الهوجاء التي هبت على المنطقة وعلى رغم الاختلالات والأزمات المتلاحقة في المشهدين الإقليمي والدولي. هذا وتتمتع الشقيقتان المملكة العربية السعودية والمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية بعلاقات ودية أخوية صهرتها الاهتمامات المشتركة والمصالح المتبادلة وروابط الدين والجوار والإخوة والأمن والاستقرار والموروث التاريخي والوحدة الجغرافية والفكرية والاجتماعية المتميزة، من خلال تبادل الخبرات والمنافع والاحترام المتبادل والقرار القطعي بأن تكون كل دولة عمقا استراتيجياً للأخرى، وكذلك التماثل في المواقف إزاء قضايا المنطقة والتنسيق المستمر على الصعيد الثنائي والإقليمي والدولي ، كل ذلك بفضل الرعاية والاهتمام من قبل القيادتين الأردنية والسعودية . ويمكننا وصف العلاقات السعودية الأردنية بأنها قوية قائمة على أساس متين وقوي، فالسعودية تنظر للأردن بأنه الحليف والشريك الموثوق، لذا فالسعودية حريصة على امن واستقرار الأردن، والأردن بدوره ينظر للسعودية بأنها الداعم والمساند له في مختلف المجالات. والمحلل للثقافة الإستراتيجية السياسية للبلدين الشقيقين يلحظ عمق التشابه بينها؛ إنها تقوم على الوسطية والاعتدال من اجل خدمة مصالح الأمة العربية، ولهذا نرى أن هاتين الدولتين الشقيقتين مقبولتان وعلى المستوى نفسه في المحافل الدولية، خاصة فيما يتعلق بجهودهما المستمرة لدعم القضية الفلسطينية وسبل تعزيز العلاقات العربية ونبذ الخلافات العربية. وعليه يمكننا القول أن العلاقات الأردنية _ السعودية تشهد نمواً في مختلف الميادين، لأن لدى القيادتين الأردنية والسعودية تفاهما سياسيا عميقا ورؤى مشتركة وتعاونا شاملا حيال مختلف القضايا الراهنة، ورغبة جادة في أيجاد حل لكل أزمات المنطقة وتحقيق السلام الدائم والعادل في المنطقة، وتوفير الأمن والاستقرار واللجوء إلى الحوار لحل كل القضايا بروح الإخوة والتضامن لرفع مستوى شعوب المنطقة في مختلف المجالات.
This study explored the Jordanian-Saudi relations, ever since the mutual relations between the two countries had been optimistically distinctive through the historical and contemporary times. Furthermore, they jointly tried to improve these distinguished relations in the course of dedicated practice. Both countries endeavored to raise the dual relations, seeing that turned back positively on the Arabic-Arabic relations. All this was based on the collaboration in many fields such as economic, commerce, investments, and education; as these domains formed the basic sound relations. Thus, this prosperous experiment of cooperation and coordination could be circulated among the other countries. In the face of all the crises and confusion on the international and regional scenes; this relation endured and had thoroughly strengthened even with all the reckless dilemmas that struck the region. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan had brotherly official relations, fused with common interests, transactions, religion, neighbourhood, security, stability, historical heritage, geographical, intellectual and social unity. The two kingdoms reserved these relations all the way through the continuous cooperation and coordination, exchange of expertise, public utility and the mutual respect. What is more, the definite decision that each state should be regarded as the strategic depth for the other. Moreover, the similarity of attitudes towards the issues of the region, • and the continuous coordination between them on the mutual, regional and international levels, all this had effect, due to the wellbeing and care of the two leaderships. The Jordanian-Saudi relations became mightier because of the solid base. Saudi looked at Jordan as an ally and a trusty partner. Therefore, Saudi was eager to tend to Jordan's stability and security. As well as, Jordan in its turn tends to see Saudi as the supporter and the ally in various fields. When the culture of the political strategy was analyzed in the two countries, it had many things in common. Both countries were established on compromise and moderation, of course, for the benefit of the Arab nation. These two countries were also approved of on the international circles, particularly the constant efforts to support the Palestinian cause, and strengthening the Arab relations, and rejecting the Arab controversy. It is said that the Jordanian-Saudi relations had witnessed a growth in various fields, because the Jordanian-Saudi leaderships had an insightful political agreement, combined visions and a comprehensive cooperation in view of the recent issues. There was a serious desire for finding solutions for the conflicts of the region. In addition, they looked to accomplish a permanent and fair peace in the region, to guarantee the security and stability. As all the issues could be solved by referring to dialogue, which is achieved in solidarity and unity, as a result, to raise the level of the people in the region.
