|f The article aimed to shed light on the subject of evaluating the performance of the Khateeb (preacher). The article also pointed out that the field of rhetoric is considered to be one of the vast fields of misinterpretation and inadequate applications for its close connection to the types of human beings not infallible. The conditions of infallibility can not describe the Khateeb with perfection, except those who are protected of Allah from the Messengers and Prophets, while others are subjected to make error and mistakes. The article also pointed out that the mission of the Khateeb is not only to give speeches and discuss important topics, but also exceeded to reform, education and human development responsibilities and to participate in the development of the society. Therefore, the work to devote the errors and cover them up and not detect and address them, is a reason for the decline in the tender of the Khateeb and the weakness of its results and impact. The article concluded that not all that is contained in the sermon is not significant, but in its nature is a place for criticism, review, evaluation, review and correction in the understanding and transport, or the way of speaking and should be accompanied by a sincere review any suspicion or fear that this would be a debauchery or aggression on the religious values, but it is a way to the mature civilization and raise the level of speech, modernity and renewal.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|e استهدف المقال تسليط الضوء على موضوع تقويم أداء الخطيب. كما أشار المقال إلى ان حقل الخطابة يعتبر أحد الميادين الفسيحة التي تشوبها الاجتهادات الخاطئة والتطبيقات القاصرة لاتصاله الوثيق بأطياف من ألوان البشر غير المعصومين، ولا يمكن بحال إسباغ حلل العصمة والتدثر بمسوح الكمال لأي خطيب كان إلا من عصم الله من الرسل والأنبياء، أما غيرهم فعرضه للخطأ ومحل للتقصير. كما أوضح المقال ان مهمة الخطيب لا تقتصر على مجرد إلقاء كلمات ومعالجة مهام الخطابة، بل تجاوزت إلى وظائف الإصلاح والتربية ومسؤوليات البناء الإنساني والمشاركة في تنمية المجتمع. لذلك فإن العمل على تكريس الأخطاء والتستر عليها وعدم كشفها ومعالجتها، يمثل سببا في تراجع عطاء الخطيب وضعف مردوديته وتأثيره. واختتم المقال بأنه ليس كل ما يرد في الخطبة قطعي الدلالة بل فيه وبطبيعته ما هو محل للنقد والمراجعة والتقويم وإعادة النظر والتصويب في الفهم والنقل أو أسلوب الإلقاء وما ينبغي ان يرافق تلكم المراجعة المخلصة أي ارتياب أو خوف من ان ذلك فسق أو عدوان علي القيم الدينية، بل ذلك سبيل للنضج الحضاري والارتقاء بالمستوي الخطابي والتجدد والتجديد\nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
