المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن التحولات السياسية الفلسطينية في نصف قرن. حيث أشارت إلى أنه لم تبق السياسة الفلسطينية على حالها طوال نصف القرن وهو عمر الحركة الوطنية المعاصرة ففي غضون العقود الخمس الماضية حصلت تغيرات نوعية كبيرة وعاصفة دولية وإقليمية وعلى الصعيدين الفلسطيني والإسرائيلي. كما حصل تغير في شكل العلاقات العربية والإسرائيلية. وكذلك على الصعيد الإقليمي والعربي والفلسطيني ففي هذه الفترة اندلعت حروب وحدثت تطورات عديدة. وارتكزت الدراسة على المحاور التالية أزمة الكفاح الفلسطيني من التحرير إلي الدولة ومن الكفاح المسلح إلى المفاوضة وأفكار الدولة الديمقراطية والكيانية وما بعد التحرير وإشكالية الرفض والشرعية. وجاءت النتائج مؤكدة على أن حركة التحرر الفلسطينية وبحكم بنيتها وظروف عملها والمعطيات المحيطة بها اتسمت بعدم الاهتمام بالإنشاءات السياسية مع ميلها للروح البراغماتية والعاطفية والمناورة في انتهاج المواقف السياسية وتعيين الخيارات الوطنية. وتدني اهتمامها بالمشاركة السياسية بحيث ان الفلسطينيين لم يحظوا بمؤسسة لصنع القرار تليق بخبراتهم الفكرية والسياسية. وافتقادها لآليات العمل الديمقراطي والتمثيلي وللطابع المؤسساتي في أطرها ومؤسساتها القيادية والجمعية. كما كان الهدف الفلسطيني واضحا وقد استمر هذا الوضوح فترة طويلة قبل ان يبدأ تلاشيه بالتدريج حتى صار من الصعب تحديده اليوم.

The present study aimed at revealing the political changes in Palestine in half a century. It pointed out that Palestinian politics has not remained the same throughout the half century, the age of the contemporary national movement. In the past five decades, there have been major qualitative changes and an international and regional storm, both at the Palestinian and Israeli levels. There has also been a change in the form of Arab and Israeli relations, as well as at the regional, Arab and Palestinian levels. During this period, wars broke out and many developments took place. The study focused on the following topics: the crisis of the Palestinian struggle from liberation to the state, from the armed struggle to the negotiations and the ideas of the democratic, entity and post-liberation state, and the problem of rejection and legitimacy. The results confirmed the fact that the Palestinian liberation movement, due to its structure, working conditions and surrounding data were characterized by a lack of interest in political structures, with a tendency to pragmatic and emotional spirit and maneuvering in adopting political positions and identifying national options. The low interest in political participation so that the Palestinians did not have a decision making institution worthy of their intellectual and political expertise. The lack of mechanisms of democratic and representative work and institutional character in their frameworks, institutions of leadership and collectivity.
