|b The Islamic economic system based on a system of values and ideals and ethics, Islam does not separate the concept of investment and the world of values and principles, and so fulfilled the purposes Islamic Shari'a of the investment process that leads to the well-being of comprehensive individual and society and to achieve development and social and economic stability. Islam was ahead in the exposure to the subject of social responsibility investments through several verses from the Koran and a prophetic dishonest, where among the many moral and social controls that govern and guide the behavior of the investor. Therefore, this research aims to shed light on the role played by social responsibility in directing and controlling investments and activate a good performance, by taking into account the social and environmental dimensions and from the point of view of the Islamic economy.

|a ان النظام الاقتصادي الاسلامي يقوم على منظومة من القيم والمثل والأخلاق ، فالإسلام لا يفصل بين مفهوم الاستثمار وعالم القيم والمبادئ ، وذلك حتى تتحقق مقاصد الشريعة السمحاء من عملية الاستثمار التي تؤدي الى تحقيق الرفاهية الشاملة للفرد والمجتمع وتحقيق التنمية والاستقرار الاجتماعي والاقتصادي . فالإسلام كان سباقا في التعرض لموضوع المسؤولية الاجتماعية للاستثمارات من خلال عدة آيات قرآنية وأحاديث نبوية شريفة ، حيث بين العديد من الضوابط الأخلاقية والاجتماعية التي تحكم وتوجه سلوك المستثمر . وعليه فان هذا البحث يهدف الى القاء الضوء على الدور الذي تلعبه المسؤولية الاجتماعية في توجيه وضبط الاستثمارات وتفعيلها نحو الأداء الجيد ، من خلال أخذها بعين الاعتبار للبعدين الاجتماعي والبيئي وذلك من وجهة نظر الاقتصاد الاسلامي .
