المستخلص: The importance of the means of information and communication has increased during the period of crises that face societies to from one of the most important sources that the public depends on to select information’s and news that has a relation with these actions through two different roles. The first one is positive as the first one, it has a negative aspect and fact. It has a lack treatment to, the action which has no objectity and trwth. The Algerian informational was present at different internal crises that had faced with its various kinds but this attendance has positive and negative aspects in same. Cases so, in this article, we take a simple glance about the role of the Algerian specific press and its efficiency on how to manage the internal crises as an example the one that happend in ghardaia. So, what’s our question ? How the Algerian specific press managed the internal crises that had faced ?

تزداد أهمية وسائل الإعلام والاتصال في أوقات الأزمات التي تصيب المجتمعات، فتشكل إحدى أهم المصادر التي يعتمد عليها الجمهور في استقاء المعلومات والأخبار المرتبطة بهذه الأحداث، وذلك من خلال قيامها بدورين مختلفـين، الأول إيجـابي ويكون بضمان تغطية كاملة ومتوازنة للأزمة، أما الدور الثاني فهو سلبي ويتجلى في تشويه الحقائق وتقديم معالجة ناقصة للحدث بعيدة عن الموضوعية والمصداقية، وقد كان الإعلام الجزائري دوما حاضرا في مختلف الأزمات الداخلية التـي واجهتـه علـى اختلاف أنواعها، لكن هذا الحضور كان في بعض جوانبه إيجابيا وفي بعضه الأخر سلبيا، لذا سنسلط الضوء في هذا المقال علـى أداء الصحافة الجزائرية الخاصة ومدى فعاليتها في إدارة الأزمات الداخلية كتلك التي عرفتها مدينة غرداية مؤخرا، وعليه نطرح التساؤل التالي: كيف أدارت الصحافة الجزائرية الخاصة الأزمات الداخلية التي واجهتها؟

L'importance croissante des médias et la communication en temps de crises qui affligent les communautés, constituent l'une des sources les plus importantes pour le public afin de s’informer et d’avoir des nouvelles liées à ces événements. L’information de crise joue deux rôles : le premier est positif, puisque les média sont appelés à assurer une couverture complète et équilibrée, tandis que le second rôle est négatif, et ce, en se focalisant sur la manipulation, l’intox et déformation des faits, et un traitement incomplet de l'événement. Ceci constitue un véritable problème pour leurs objectivité et leurs crédibilité. Les médias algériens sont toujours présents dans différentes crises internes et ce à travers leur traitement médiatique. Ainsi, cet article a pour objet d’analyser la performance de la presse algérienne privée et son efficacité dans la gestion des crises internes, telles que celle qu’ a connue la ville Ghardaia récemment. Enfin, on peut poser la question suivante: Comment la presse algérienne privée a -t-elle géré des crises internes?
