المستخلص: The Noble Prophetic Hadith is a high ranking and a tremendous content text, it comes directly after the Holy Quran, and it is supplementing the religious laws and explaining what is still ambiguous This subject was the great reason behind writing down this thesis entitle "The Guiding discourse in the prophetic Haduith under the pragmatic Linguistics', and I have divided it into four chapters preceded by an introductory, included the talking about Rhymed Prose, linguistically, and terminologically . Chapters, the first chapter included the talking about the principles and structures of Rhymed Proses in Holy Quran, and it is a try to find a similar structures of it in Hadith. The second chapter included showing the rhythmic and aesthetic part of Rhymed Prose. While the third chapter gives the notions of Rhymed Prose's meanings in the prophetic Hadith. l have reached also to rhymed proses exist in the Noble Prophetic Hadith, and they are similar to what it is revealed in the Holy Quran, and sometimes rhymed prose structures differ in form and structure found in the Holy Quran
