|f The article aims to identify the provisions of the will. The article consists of several elements. The first element discusses the definition of the will. The second element dealt with the legality of the will through the presentation of evidence from the book, and the evidence of the Sunnah, unanimity, and reasonable. The third element explained the rule of the will through the cases of necessity, cases of its desirability, cases of its hatred and the cases of its prohibitions. The fourth element revealed the wisdom of the legitimacy of the will. The fifth element mentions the necessity of hastening the will before the marks of death. The sixth element showed the pillars of the will. The seventh element referred to (the ganf will) the will of mistake, and changing the will by a person other than the testator. The eighth element highlighted the duty of the testator and its witnesses. The ninth element focused on the rule of accepting the guardian of the recommended money and whether he is entitled to exclude himself, and whether the testator to enumerate the guardians. The tenth element reviewed the banks of the will, the ruling on the execution of the will, and the nullifications of the will. The eleventh element deals with the distinction between the will and Al-waqf (the endowment).
