المستخلص: هدف المقال إلى الكشف عن مقصد التعارف وأثره في تقوية النسيج الاجتماعي. كما أوضحت انه يمكن استنباط مقصد التعارف من دلالة فعل النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) المتكرر فقد كان حريصا على معرفة الناس والتعرف على أحوالهم وأخبارهم حيث كان يبادرهم بالسلام والابتسام، واستند المقال أيضا على المحاور التالية، التعارف من مقاصد الشريعة، والتعارف من مقاصد بعض العبادات والحدود الذي تضمن الأبعاد التالية، التعارف من مقاصد الحج، والتعارف من مقاصد صلوات الجمع والجماعات، والتعارف من مقاصد تحريم الزنا. وآداب إسلامية تعمق التعارف بين الناس والذي تضمن الأبعاد التالية، إفشاء السلام، والتبسم وبشاشة الوجه، صلة الأرحام والقرابة، وحسن الجوار، وحسن الاستماع.بالاضافة إلى ثمرات التعارف التي تتمثل في التآلف والتحاب، والتعاون والتكامل. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى ان للعلماء طرق عديدة في معرفة مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية واكتشافها، والوصول إلى بعض أحكامه الباهرة حيث نص بشكل واضح على كثير من العلل والحكم. وانه في بعض الأحيان لا ينص المشرع على المقاصد من الأحكام بشكل مباشر، ولكن يمكن الوصول اليها بطرق منها استقراء النصوص للتعرف على المقصد المطلوب.

In addition to the results of the acquaintance which is in harmony and love, cooperation and integration. The results of the study indicated that the scientists have many ways to know the purposes of the Islamic law and its discovery, and the access of some of the brilliant provisions as the text included clearly many of the ills and the governance. Sometimes, the legislator does not provide for the purposes of the provisions directly, but they can be accessed by the means, including the extrapolating texts to identify the desired intention.
