المستخلص: تجلت اهمية البحث فى عدم تطبيق درس التربية الرياضية بالصورة الصحيحة أو عدم اعطاء الدرس حقه سيؤدي إلى خلل في العملية التعليمية وهذا ما نراه في الطلبة المتقدمين الجدد للقبول في كلية التربية الرياضية ، والتى يقبل عليها الطلبة برغبة ، ويزاولونها بشوق وميل تلقائى ، بحيث تحقق أهدافا تربوية معينة ، سواء أرتبطت هذه الأهداف بتعلم المواد الدراسية، أو باكتساب خبرة، أو مهارة، أو اتجاه علمى ، أو عملى ، داخل الصف، أو خارجه، أثناء اليوم الدراسي، أو بعد إنتهاء الدراسة، على أن يؤدي ذلك إلى نمو في خبرة الطالب، وتنمية هواياته ، وقدراته، في الاتجاهات التربوية المرغوبة. اما مشكلة البحث في تحديد الدور الذي يقوم به مدير المدرسة في الاشراف على درس التربية الرياضية و النشاط الرياضي، وذلك من وجهة نظر معلمي التربية الرياضية وكذلك تحديد المجالات التي تخص التربية الرياضية والتى يمارس مدير المدرسة دوره الإشرافى من خلالها، تعزيزا لدوره كمشرف مقيم فى المدرسة .من جهه وعدم اهمال الدرس من جهه اخرى لانه درس بدنى ذهنى- تربوي لا يستحق من الاداره اهماله وجعله درس تعويضي لباقي المناهج كما يحصل في أغلبية المدارس. وهدف البحث الى : 1-دور مديري المدارس في الإشراف على درس التربية الرياضية والنشاط الرياضي داخل وخارج المدرسه 2-دور مديري المدارس بالنسبة لدرس ومدرس وطلاب التربية الرياضية استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي وتم تحديد عينة البحث بالطريقه العمديه لبعض المعلمين الموجودين في المدارس الكرخ الثانيه في بغداد حيث تمثلة عينة البحث الكلي ب(80) معلم ومعلمه من مختلف المدارس التى وضعت تحت الاختبار والكوادر المتخصصه بالنشاط الرياضى حيث شملت العينه الاساسيه للاختبار على (67) معلم ومعلمه واستبعاد الباقين لعدم التزام او لغرض التجربه الاستطلاعيه. اما اهم الاستتاجات فكانت : 1- ان لادارة المدرسه الدور الكبير على ادارة وتنظيم مناهج التربيه الرياضيه 2_اهمال الجانب التثقيفى للطلبه من جهة الرياضه ولما لها من تأثير على الصحه العامه اما اهم التوصيات فكانت: 1.ضرورة أن يرتقى دور مديري المدارس بصورة أكبر نحو درس التربية، وذلك من أجل تحقيق أهداف المنهاج. 2. ضرورة الإهتمام بصورة أكبر بالفرق المدرسية وتوفير الميزانية المناسبة للأنشطة الرياضية

Demonstrated the importance of research in the non-application of studied Physical Education properly termination not to give lesson right will lead to an imbalance in the educational process and this is what we see in students Almottagdmyin new for admission to the College of Physical Education , which is accepted by students desire , and Izawlunha and eagerly mi automatically, so as to achieve targets educational particular , whether associated with these goals in learning subjects , or the acquisition of experience, or skill, or the direction of a scientific or practical, in the classroom, or outside during the school day , or after the end of the study, lead to the growth in the student's experience , and the development of his hobbies , and abilities, educational trends in spam. The research problem in defining the role of the manager in supervising the school he studied physical education and physical activity , and from the standpoint of physical education teachers , as well as to identify areas that belong to Physical Education and exercised by the Director of the school supervisory role through it. Furtherance of its role as a resident supervisor at the school . Face and not neglecting the other hand lesson he studied physical _ my mind - to deserve educational management negligence and make compensatory studied for the rest of the curriculum , as happens in the majority of schools The objective of this research to: 1 - The role of school principals in the supervision of the studied physical education and sports activity inside and outside the school 2 - The role of principals for teacher and studied physical education students . The researcher used the descriptive method was determined sample way deliberate for some Amwalimaan present in schools Karkh second in Baghdad, where it represents the research sample macro- b (80) teachers from various schools that have been developed under test and cadres specialized activity sports which included the core sample for testing on (67) teacher and mentor , and the exclusion of the rest of the lack of commitment Aolgerd exploratory experience . The main conclusions were: 1 - that the school administration a big role on the management and organization of Physical Education curriculum 2 - neglect of the educational side of the request of the sport and because of their impact on public health The main recommendations were: 1 - the need to live up the role of school principals greater toward education lesson , in order to achieve the objectives of the curriculum. 2 - The need indictment greater the difference the school and provide the appropriate budget for sports activities
