المستخلص: تعد الملاكمة من الألعاب المميزة من حيث الأداء السريع أثناء النزالات وهذا ما أدي إلى اهتمام الباحثون في مجال التربية الرياضية بهذه اللعبة بشكل كبير مما أدى إلى رفع مستواها وزيادة الإقبال على ممارستها وجعلها لعبة مثيرة وذات انتشار واسع وتتميز الملاكمة بالمواقف والحالات الكثيرة والمتغيرة وبالتالي يتطلب من المدرب ببذل اقصى جهد ممكن للوصول إلى المستوي العالي من خلال الاستعداد للدقة في الأداء ومن هنا تكمن أهمية البحث في وضع محددات أساسية تخدم القائمين على العملية الإدارية بالملاكمة ليتم اختيار المدرب الناجح لاعبة، إذ يهدف البحث إلى بناء مقياس لتحديد المحددات الأساسية لاختيار مدربي الملاكمة وتمثلت عينة البحث ببعض رؤساء وأعضاء الاتحادات الفرعية وأعضاء الهيئات الإدارية المشرفة على الملاكمة بالأندية ورئيس وأعضاء الاتحاد المركزي بالملاكمة والبالغ عددهم (١١٢) فرد وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة بالتوصل إلى أن المدرب الناجح الذي يكون وفقأ لتلك الفقرات التي حددت المدرب الجيد والذي من خلالها يتم اختياره للتدريب كونه المسؤول عن نجاح وفشل البرنامج التدريبي.
