هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن التصغير بين الأصالة والتجديد. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي حيث عمدت إلى تفكيك الكلمة إلى حروف لمعرفة التغييرات التي حدثت في الكلمة ليسهل على الطالب العلم أن يغترف منه مع المحافظة على أصالة موضوعاته. واستعرضت الدراسة تعريف التصغير لغة على أنه التقليل واصطلاحا بأنه تغيير معين يلحق الأسماء المعربة لأغراض معينة. كما أوضحت الدراسة أغراض التصغير كتقليل الذات وتقليل العدد وتقليل الشأن وتقريب المكان وتقريب المنزلة. وأظهرت ان الاسم المراد تصغيره يتطلب عدة شروط أولها أن يكون اسما حيث لا يصغر الفعل وأن يكون معربا فلا تصغر المبنيات كالضمائر والأسماء الموصولة وأن يكون قابلا للتصغير. كما أشارت الدراسة ان التصغير يكون على ثلاثة أوزان فُعَيْل وفُعَيْعِل وفُعَيْعِيْل. وبينت الدراسة قواعد مهمة في التصغير ينبغي معرفتها كأن أقصى ما يصغر منه الاسم إن كان على أربعة أحرف وان الاعلال أساس علم الصرف وأن من أتقن الإعلال سهل علية سائر أبواب الصرف.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018



The study aimed at detecting the diminution between originality and innovation. The study used the analytical method, where it deconstructed the word into letters to know the changes that took place in the word to make it easier for the student to learn from it while preserving the authenticity of its subjects. The study reviewed the definition of diminution linguistically as reduction and terminologically as specific change that binds parsed names for specific purposes. The study also showed the purposes of diminution, such as self-reduction, reduction of number, belittling, approximation of places and approximation of position. It showed as well that the noun to be diminished requires several conditions, the first of which is to be a noun, as the verb is not diminished; it has to be declinable, as the indeclinable is not diminished such as pronouns and conjunctive nouns; and it has to be reducible. The study also pointed out that the diminution comes at three patters of the verb "foail, foaieil, foaieel" ((فُعَيْل وفُعَيْعِل وفُعَيْعِيْل. The study illustrated important rules in the diminution that should be known such as the maximum diminution of the noun is if it is consisted of four letters, that vowels is the basis of syntax and that who perfected vowels it would be easy for him to study all other sections of syntax.
