المستخلص: اهتم الإسلام بالجانب الأخلاقي في ميدان التربية والتعليم، فمصير الأمة بأكملها رهن بأخلاق المعلمين والمتعلمين، ومهنة التعليم من المهن رفيعة الشأن عالية المنزلة التي تحظي باهتمام الجميع لما لها من تأثير عظيم في حاضر الأمة ومستقبلها والمعلم كما أن لها قيماً ومبادئ ومعايير أخلاقية يجب الالتزام بها، لذلك تسعي المؤسسات التعليمية إلى إرساء مجموعة من المواثيق الأخلاقية لضبط سلوكيات العاملين بها بما يكفل وجود مرجعية أخلاقية تحقق كفاءة وشفافية المؤسسة التعليمية، ولذلك تحرص الكثير من المجتمعات على وجود ميثاق أخلاقي ومهني للتعليم يلتزم به المعلم والمتعلم يتضمن قواعد ومبادئ مهنية وأخلاقية للواجبات التي يجب على المعلم الالتزام بها والتي تضمن له حقوقه وواجباته في المجتمع، لذلك يسعي الباحث إلى وضع تصور مقترح لميثاق أخلاقي للمعلم والمتعلم في المملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء الفكر التربوي

Interested in Islam moral aspect in the field of Education, the fate of the entire nation under the morality of teachers and learners, and the teaching profession of high professions regard high status of concern to everyone because of their great influence in the present of the nation and its future and the teacher also have values and principles and ethical standards must be adhered to, Therefore educational institutions seeking to establish a set of ethical charters to adjust the behavior of its employees in order to ensure the existence of a moral reference check the efficiency and transparency of the institution, so keen a lot of communities on the existence of a moral and professional charter for-education adhered to by the teacher and the learner includes the rules and principles of professional and ethical duties that must be on-the- teacher adhered to and that ensure his rights and duties in the community. Therefore researcher seeks to conceptualize a proposal to the Charter of the moral teacher and learner in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of the educational thought.
