Islamic Sharia Focused on happiness of human and prosperity and sought to provide teh fullest extent possible causes of happiness and harmony with society, and in teh forefront of those reasons: its unity with others in a row and common word, but this glue Sharia warned of any act or any individual intends to discord and making dispersions and differences ... and from teh need for unity of society and its impact on individual happiness, and teh Highness teh Islamic Sharia and teh multiplicity of its followers gaved this research which marked: (teh unity of Iraq in Islamic law) its important, specialy in this circumstance that Iraq is going through teh ambitions of external and internal greediness that threats teh unity of its land and its future. Teh research has come to teh results, including: teh legitimate means to achieve unity: teh deployment of teh unit culture in society, and unite teh community on teh basis of true loyalty , and teh formation of a unitary entities within teh nation, with teh necessity of acceptance of others, and away from teh dissension, and mending it. Also teh political forces operating in Iraq is an urgent in need to adopt teh principal and frank honest dialogue as teh only way to solve teh problems and blocks that faces teh demonstrstion of political work in teh country, and also teh education curricula takes place in teh unity of teh Iraqi nation : by not assigned it to teh wrong people to it. Finally, teh media operating in Iraq should promote national unity according to a conscious plan using mechanics of national discourse prevails by fair with all teh local Iraqi fabric.
اهتمت الشريعة الإسلامية بسعادة الإنسان ورخائه وسعت إلى توفير أقصي حد ممكن من أسباب سعادته وانسجامه مع مجتمعه، وفي مقدمة تلك الأسباب: وحدته مع الآخرين في صف واحد وكلمة مشتركة، بل حذرت هذه الشريعة الغراء من كل فعل أو أي فرد ينوي أحداث الشقاق وصنع التفرق والاختلاف. ومن الوسائل الشرعية لتحقيق وحدة الصف: نشر ثقافة الوحدة في المجتمع، توحيد المجتمع على أساس الولاء الصادق، تكوين كيانات وحدوية داخل الأمة، القبول بالآخر، البعد عن مواطن الخلاف، إصلاح ذات البين والآثار الشرعية لوحدة الصف: وحدة الصف من سمات المجتمع الناجح، مصالح الوحدة لا تقارن بمفاسد الفرقة، الموازنة بين قول الحق ووحدة الصف، الحذر من الانشغال بعيوب الناس، البعد عن تضخيم الخلاف. ولا بد من مواجهة التحديات التي تهدد وحدة الشعب العراقي كالصراعات الطائفية والمذهبية، سواء تلك التي تذكيها قوى سياسية خارجية أو داخلية والتي تسعي إلى الطعن بوحدة الصف العراقي، وعلى القوي السياسية العاملة في العراق بحاجة ماسة إلى اعتماد مبدأ الحوار الصادق والصريح سبيلا وحيدا لمعالجة المشكلات والعقد التي تعتري مسيرة العمل السياسي في البلد.
