المستخلص: Were not intellectual property rights in ancient times, the object of protection, but there is a need for such protection with scientific progress and the emergence of modern inventions according to which the possible dissemination of literature and works in all parts of the world in a different and sophisticated. The appearance was the real copyright - as one of the images of intellectual property - in the eighteenth century after the French Revolution. Though part of the Principles of the view that the emergence of intellectual property began in the form of Arab- Islamic customs and protection system planned by the State, contrary to what some regarded as most correct of the emergence of intellectual property due to the Middle Ages in Europe. And demonstrates some of the prosperity of the lslamic civilization in the heart of lslam, in writing, creativity in all walks of life. \
