المستخلص: The relics in many country of the world are considered as a cultural heritage, it is hardly devoid of any country from these relics of the previous nations and people. As long as man exists on earth there are relics of consecration of the verse in Surat ALYASSIN() This heritage has agreat importance highlight the bright side of nations on the humanitarian and cultural level. As many of these relics have various attacked of non-fundamentalist drilling or non-licensed or theft and smuggling, as well as the attack on these relics by sabotage, so it was necessary to create legislation to include legal rules to ensure that such protection. In addition to that spreading cultural awareness across the whole country about the importance of these relics for the State and its physical and moral importance, as there are many archeological sites in areas with predominantly tribal and clan and prevent the competent authorities to conduct archeological excavations and the addition must find a type of cooperation between States through the conclusion of international treaties and conventions which regulate the return of smuggled and stolen relics and find a better system for protection of relics. \
