المستخلص: There is no doubt that there are many motives cause the spread of the phenomenon of trafficking in human beings , and the motives are a combination of factors help to work on the stimulus act or behavior is, and these factors can have dimensions of social , psychological or economic pay some towards this act or behavior . Has become a phenomenon of human trafficking a global criminal phenomenon , and a form of organized crime . This has helped the spread of many reasons that resulted in the increasing aggravation of this crime and in the light of globalization, which has facilitated the movement of people and money between countries , which led to the emergence of many crimes , including human trafficking crimes . The spread of the Internet is one of the main reasons that have an active role in the spread of this phenomenon , as it exploits the Internet in facilitating that trade across the network , making this phenomenon promoted through the network , and is the supply and buying and selling, and communication between members of organized criminal gangs in order to conclude deals, and then become criminals in the practice of their criminal behavior a wider area , and without follow-up or monitoring , making the phenomenon transnational politics and all geographic areas have become the phenomenon of trafficking in human beings haunt the world's conscience in recent times , they are considered a form of modern day slavery , is also a flagrant violation human rights and fundamental freedoms , it is an international phenomenon not limited to a particular state , but extends to many different countries which prompted the international community to find a unified document that addresses all aspects of this trade has been the conclusion of the United Nations Convention to Combat transnational Organized Crime in 2000 , which stipulates General measures to combat transnational crime And the right by the Protocol to Prevent , Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons , especially Women and Children Act 2003, which provides for special measures to combat this phenomenon . Human Trafficking is a crime of the most serious criminal phenomena on human because of the affront to human dignity and turning it into a cheap commodity Moreover, the widespread use of this crime and gangs linked to organized crime to become the third largest illegal trade after drugs and arms trade .Photos and different patterns of human trafficking from one state to another , according to the state to look at the concept of human trafficking and the respect for human rights , and in accordance with their customs , traditions and culture and criminal legislation in force and the political system which followed it
