المستخلص: This study deals with the sales contract for standard software ( off-the-shelf ), which nowadays become the most common sales because it have a great importance. The invention and the development of computer cause a significant change of transferring information. That means to have a revolution, which is not less importance than industrial revolution. This revolution called information revolution and caused a major change of human performance which become less effort, higher efficiency and over short time. Our study deals with the sale contract of standard software (off-the-shelf). We divided into two section, The first section deals with the concept of contract.
