The analysis carried out was interested in the question relating to the impacts of the FDI about the economic growth in Algeria. We proposed a contribution in this direction without studying all the aspects relating to the subject, but only those which seem to us to be more interesting to appreciate the viability of the foreign companies and their impacts on the Algerian economy. It enabled us to draw some conclusions. It is important to recall that the positive repercussions of the IDE on the countries hosts are closely related on the context and the internal policies of these countries. What comes down to saying that the probable effects of the foreign firms are not automatic and differ from one country to another. In our case of study which relates to Algeria, we arrived at saying that the IDE acts slightly on the variable growth of the GDP Our study shows indeed, that an increase of 1 % of flows of IDE corresponds to a growth of the GDP of 0,16 %.However, a positive sign held our attention. The IDE towards Algeria these last years corresponded more to a growth except hydrocarbons than with that of hydrocarbons. Indeed, an increase of 1% of flows of IDE corresponds to a growth of the GDP of hydrocarbons of 0,0052 %, whereas that of the sector except hydrocarbons increases by 0,27 %.
L’analyse effectuée s’est intéressée à la question relative aux impacts des IDE sur la croissance économique en Algérie. Nous avons proposé une contribution dans ce sens sans étudier tous les aspects relatifs au sujet, mais uniquement ceux qui nous semblent être plus intéressants pour apprécier la viabilité des entreprises étrangères et leurs impacts sur l’économie algérienne. Elle nous a permis de tirer quelques conclusions. Il importe de rappeler que les retombées positives des IDE sur les pays hôtes sont étroitement liées au contexte et aux politiques internes de ces pays. Ce qui revient à dire que les probables effets des firmes étrangères ne sont pas automatiques et diffèrent d’un pays à l’autre. Dans notre cas d’étude qui porte sur l’Algérie, nous sommes arrivés à dire que l’IDE agit faiblement sur la variable croissance du PIB. Notre étude montre en effet, qu’une augmentation de 1 % des flux d’IDE correspond à une croissance du PIB de 0,16 %. Cependant, un signe positif a retenu notre attention. Les IDE vers l’Algérie ces dernières années ont plus correspondu à une croissance hors hydrocarbures qu’à celle des hydrocarbures. En effet, une augmentation de 1% des flux d’IDE correspond à une baisse du PIB des hydrocarbures de 0,0052 %, alors que celui du secteur hors hydrocarbures augmentera par 0,27 %.
