المستخلص: تبحث الدراسة ظاهرة مشاركة المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية في التحالف الدولي ضد تنظيم "الدولة الإسلامية" (داعش( في جمهوريتي العراق وسوريا. وقد انطلقت الدراسة من فرضية رئيسية مفادها) وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين تنامي الهواجس الأمنية الأردنية تجاه توسع "الدولة الإسلامية" والمشاركة العسكرية للجيش الأردني في التحالف الدولي ضد هذا التنظيم(. وللوصول إلى ذلك، عمل الباحث على تقسيم الدراسة إلى أربعة أجزاء: الجزء الأول، يبحث فيه الهواجس الأمنية التي مثلها تنظيم "الدولة الإسلامية" بالنسبة للدولة الأردنية، وكيف قاد ذلك إلى انضمام المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية إلى التحالف الدولي المضاد للتنظيم. أما الجزء الثاني، فقد وضّح الموقف الأردني من هذه المشاركة بأبعاده الرسمية وغير الرسمية، في حين سلط الجزء الثالث الضوء على طبيعة الدور الأردني في هذا التحالف. وحلل الجزء الرابع والأخير طبيعة المصالح والمخاطر التي يمكن أن تنعكس على المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية من جراء هذه المشاركة. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة العديد من المناهج كالمنهج التاريخي التحليلي ومنهج المصلحة الوطنية لتوضيح جوانب هذه الدراسة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى استنتاجات، كان أهمها أن المشاركة الأردنية في التحالف الدولي ضد تنظيم" الدولة الإسلامية" تنازعها تياران على الصعيد الأردني: تيار مؤيد وهو الغالب، ويضم مؤسسة العرش) الملك( ومجلس الوزراء، وشريحة واسعة من مجلس النواب والرأي العام الأردني، وآخر معارض يضم بعض التيارات الحزبية) الإسلامية والقومية( والنيابية وشريحة ضئيلة من الرأي العام الأردني. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإيجابيات التي تحققها المشاركة الأردنية في هذا التحالف تفوق سلبيات هذه المشاركة في ضوء تعدد المصالح الأمنية والاقتصادية والسياسية التي تحققها المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية منها.

The study examines the phenomenon of the participation of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in the international coalition against the organization of the "Islamic State" of ISIS in the republics of Iraq and Syria. The study is based on an essential assumption that there is a correlation between the growing Jordanian security concerns about the expansion of the "Islamic state" and the military participation of the Jordanian army in the international coalition against this organization. In order to reach this, the researcher divided the study into four parts: Part I dealt with the security concerns represented by the organization of the "Islamic State" according to the Jordanian state, and how this led to the accession of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the international anti-regime alliance. For the second part, the Jordanian position on this participation was explained in its formal and informal dimensions. The third part sheds light on the Jordanian role in this alliance. The fourth part analyzes the nature of the interests and the risks that can be reflected in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan as a result of this participation. The study has adopted a number of approaches, such as the historical analytical approach and the national interest approach. This is in order to clarify the aspects of this study. This study came out with conclusions, the most important of which is that the Jordanian participation in the international alliance against the organization of the "Islamic State" is disputed by two trends in the Jordanian level: supporter stream the majority which includes the Power institution), the King, the Ministers Council, and a wide segment of Chamber of Deputies and the Jordanian public opinion. The other is the anti-trend, including some partisan currents of (the Islamic and the nationalist, the parliamentary trends and a small portion of the Jordanian public opinion). The study also found that the advantages of Jordanian participation in this alliance outweigh the disadvantages of this participation in the light of the multiplicity of the security, the economic and the political interests achieved by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
