|a لقد شكل خروج المرأة للعمل ظاهرة اجتماعية خاصة بعد الثورة الصناعية التي عرفها المجتمع الإنساني، فقد شهد تزايد ملحوظ في نسبة النساء العاملات من نسبة لأخرى.\nفقد كان ذلك قفزة نوعية في حياة المرأة بصفة عامة والجزائرية بصفة خاصة، التي استطاعت أن تعمل في جميع المجالات، وفي جميع القطاعات من: تعليم، وصحة، وثقافة واقتصاد وسياسة، وحتى في مجال الأمن الوطني، وهذا نتيجة ظروف اقتصادية واجتماعية وسياسية جعلتها تغير من دورها الطبيعي كربة بيت إلى امرأة عاملة في جميع الاختصاصات، كما استطاعت أن تثبت أهميتها ومكانتها في المجتمع فأصبح عمل المرأة أمرًا مألوفًا سواء داخل المنزل أو خارجه، تساهم إلى جانب أخيها الرجل في تنمية المجتمع وتقدمه، متحدية بذلك كل العراقيل والصعوبات، لكن وراء عملها هذا كانت جملة من الدوافع كما عاد عليها بجملة من الآثار على مستوى أسرتها وأبنائها وزوجها وحتى على نفسيتها، ونحن في هذا المقال سنبين دوافع خروج المرأة للعمل وآثار عملها على علاقاتها الأسرية.

|f The woman’s exit to work represented a specific social phenomenon following the industrial revolution experienced by the human society. There has been a noticeable increase in the proportion of working women. \nThat qualitive leap in the life of the woman in general and in Algeria in particular, who was able to work in all fields and all sectors including: Heath, culture, economics, politics and even the area of national security. This was the result of economic, social and political circumstances which made her change from her natural role as a housewife to a working woman in all specialties. Just as she was able to establish her importance and standing within the society. Therefore, the working of the woman has become a familiar matter, equally inside or outside the house, she contributes alongside her male brother to develop the society and in its advancement, challenging through that, all impeding obstacles and difficulties. However, behind this work of hers, there was a host of motives, just as it brought with it a host of effects upon her upon the level of her family, children, husband and even her own self or psychology. In this article we will explain the motives behind the exit of the women to work and the effects of her work upon her family relationships.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
