إن أدب الخطاب هو جزء من النظام الذي بعث الله به محمدًا صلى الله عليه وسلم، وهو رسالة الإسلام، والتي تتلخص في باب افعل ولا تفعل، أي في باب تنفيذ ما هو مأمور به وترك ما هو منهي عنه، وهذا النظام هو أشبه ما يكون بنظام الصيانة والتشغيل للآلات التي يصنعها الإنسان، والإنسان نفسه هو صنعة الله، وحتى تعمل هذه الآلة الإنسانية بصورة لا تعرف العطب والتوقف، كان لابد لها أن تعمل بهذا النظام، الذي يحقق لها التقوى التي هي مناط السعادة الإنسانية على ظهر هذه البسيطة. وأدب الخطاب في هذا البحث المراد به، كيفية خطاب الآخر بتخير أحسن الألفاظ وأفضلها للوصول للمطلوب، أو اختيار الكلمات المناسبة للرد على سائل أو مستفسر، أو مقابلة من يسيء بلا داع لتلك الإساءة، ويمثل القرآن الكريم القمة التي ليس فوقها قمة في ذلك الأدب، ثم تجيء السنة النبوية بتوجيه النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وفعله في المرتبة الثانية بعد القرآن الكريم، ثم بعد ذلك نجد أقوال وأفعال العلماء والأدباء التي حفلت بالأدب والحكمة، لنتخذ من كل ذلك زادًا نسير به في تعاملنا مع الآخرين، فنجد الأمن والسعادة في الالتزام بهذا الدين في أمره ونهيه، وصدق من قال: ولست أرى السعادة جمع مال***ولكن التقي هو السعيد إنها سعادة لا تحتاج إلى جيوش لجلبها أو فرضها، ولا تتطلب مالًا لشرائها، ولكنها توجد حيث وجد هذا الدين يسير بين الناس عملًا ومعاملة، وهذا الذي يرمي هذا البحث إلى بعض جوانبه، ألا وهو التزام أدب الخطاب حيث وجد الخطاب
The art of addressing others is part of the system that Allah sent his Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him, to deliver, which is the message of Islam, summarized in do and not to do, and in the implementation of what is commanded by leaving what is forbidden and doing what is ordered .This system is like a system of maintenance and operating of machines that are man-made, while man himself is the part of Allah's huge creation, and even operating this machine in man's manner does not keep her away from damage and downtime, there for it was necessary for her (the machine) to work with this system, which achieves its piety, which is the focus of human happiness in this world and in the hereafter . The art of addressing others in this research aimed at guiding us to the words ,clauses and expressions that we have to use to keep our ties and relations with others always green and strong. The paper demonstrates parts of what came in the holy Quran, the purified Sunnah, the biography of the prophets , messengers of Allah and the life of the wise people. Adopting the art of addressing others guarantees us uncountable benefits: We arrive at our ends without hurting others, which paves the way to a well organized and communicating society. This well organized and communicating society is an essential part in the straightforwardness of individuals. Following what has been mentioned in this paper -by Allah welling- brings us a reasonable amount of happiness that we can get much of it in this life and in the hereafter . The methodology adopted in this research is the Inductive method and the analytical one sometimes. We can find security and happiness in adhering to this religion in commands and prohibitions, may Allah mercy the poet who said: I do not think happiness in collecting money *** but happiness in fearing Allah. It's the happiness that does not need to be brought or imposed by armies, and does not require the money to buy, but it's there where this religion is found, walking among people
