المستخلص: مع ازدياد الطلب على الطاقة في نهاية القرن العشرين ولكون الطاقة التقليدية طاقة غير دائمة وإنما ناضبة، وكذلك ملوثة للطبيعة فرضت الطاقات المتجددة نفسها في السنوات الأخيرة كحل بديل للمحروقات التي دق المراقبون بخصوصها ناقوس الخطر بعدما أثبتوا قرب نضوبها وانتهاء الخزانات العالمية منها، مؤكدين على ضرورة دراسة كل الخيارات المحتملة نحو طاقات بديلة أطول عمرا وأقل ضررا بالبيئة والأمن من الطاقة النووية.
وتشكل الطاقة المتجددة والطاقة النووية حاليا المصادر الرئيسية للطاقة العالمية خارج الطاقة التقليدية (الأحفورية)، إذ أصبح هناك اهتمام عالمي بشكل عام وجزائري بشكل خاص بهذين المصدرين (خاصة الطاقة النظيفة أو المتجددة) كمصادر مستقبلية للطاقة، وتتميز بالتجدد التلقائي وبصفة الديمومة، لتكون بديلاً للطاقة التقليدية، بحيث أضحى استعمالها أكثر من ضرورة في سبيل تحقيق مبادئ التنمية المستدامة، حيث تسعى الجزائر في هذا الصدد إلى محاولة زيادة الاستثمار في الطاقة البديلة والمتجددة من أجل تلبية الاحتياجات المتزايدة في الطاقة واستغلال الموارد المتاحة الأخرى في سبل توفير أكبر قدر من الطاقة.
وإن الاتصال بأشكاله وقنواته ومحتوياته يعد من المهام الأصيلة التي لابد من الاهتمام بها، فهو يعتبر الوسيلة أو همزة الوصل بين مصدر المعلومة والمتلقي، ولهذا فهو يشكل أداة رئيسية في عملية الربط بين مصدر المعلومة البيئية والجمهور المستهدف، حيث أن الاتصال المتعلق بالبيئة يمكن من المساهمة في إحداث الوعي البيئي والتحسيس بمدي أهمية الطاقات المتجددة في الجزائر.

Due to the increased demand for energy at the end of the twentieth century and due to traditional energy not being a permanent but rather depleted source, and also due to the pollution of nature, renewable energy sources have imposed themselves within recent years as an alternative solution to the fossil-based fuels, which have rung alarm bells for those monitoring them, after they ascertained their near depletion and end of global stores of them, whilst reiterating the necessity to study all possible choices for alternative energy sources which are longer lasting and less harmful to the environment and security than nuclear energy.
Renewable energy and nuclear energy currently represent the main sources of global energy outside the traditional sources (fossil). That is in the case where a global interest has arisen, in general, and Algerian in particular, with these two sources (specifically clean and renewable energy) as an independent source for energy. It is distinguished by automatic renewal sustainability, to be a substitute for traditional energy sources. That is as its utilization has come to represent more than a necessity in order to realize the principles of sustainable development. That is where Algeria, concerning this attempt, seeks to increase investment in alternative and renewable energy for the purpose of meeting the growing energy needs and the exploitation of other available resources, in ways which provide the greatest possible amount of energy.
Communication with its forms, channels and contents are regarded to be from the fundamental functions which must be concerned for. That is because they are considered to be the means connecting between the source of the information and the recipient. For that reason, it represents a main tool in the process of connection between the source of environmental information and the target audience. That is as the communication related to the environment can contribute to generating environmental awareness and sense of the extent of the importance of renewable energy sources in Algeria.
