المستخلص: This study aims to highlight the role of transport operations in respect to oil production, as the oil transportation operation is considered to be difficult accompanied by risks, due to what it has in terms of negative effects upon the environment, with its various elements of water, air, soil and living organisms. From another angle, the issue of protecting the environment, maintaining it and confronting its challenges, are from among the issues which the states of the world have assumed a great deal of concern about; convening conferences for them and increasing the calls warning of the seriousness of the situation. As Algeria is one of those states which has been impacted by these effects, as a result of its major reliance upon oil, the necessity of thinking about generating capable and sufficient ways to protect the environment and to confront the challenges which are imposed upon the oil industry, comes to the fore, and included in that is the issue of transport, for the sake of accomplishing sustained and continuous development through the adoption of ideal transport methods. The study concluded the necessity of being concerned with the effective role of the transport sector due to its active role within the oil industry and for the environmental challenges to be taken into account.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور عمليات النقل في الصناعة النفطية، وذلك باعتبار عملية نقل النفط تعد من العمليات الصعبة المصاحبة بالمخاطر، لما لها من تأثيرات سلبية على البيئة بعناصرها المختلفة من ماء وهواء وتربة وكائنات حية، ومن جهة أخرى أصبحت قضية حماية البيئة وصونها ومواجهة تحدياتها من القضايا التي تولي لها دول العالم اهتماما كبيراً، تعقد لها المؤتمرات وتتزايد الدعوات التي تنذر بخطورة الوضع. وإذا كانت الجزائر واحدة من هذه الدول التي مستها هذه التأثيرات نتيجة اعتمادها الكبير على النفط، تبرز ضرورة التفكير في إيجاد السبل الكفيلة لحماية البيئة ومواجهة التحديات التي تفرضها الصناعة النفطية بما فيها النقل من أجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة والمتواصلة بطرق النقل المثالية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة الاهتمام بدور الفعال بقطاع النقل لما له من فعالية في الصناعة النفطية ومراعاة التحديات البيئة.

Transport est le processus d'étapes de base dans une série de phases interdépendantes de l’industrie pétrolière, une industrie qui a émergé a émergé suite à une culture et les besoins urgents de l’huile. Le difficile processus de processus de transfert de l’huile teintée de danger à cause de ses effets négatifs sur l’environnement différent de ses éléments de l' eau et de l' air le sol et les organismes vivants, et l’Algérie est l'un des pays épargnées par ces effets à la suite de sa forte dépendance au pétrole.
C’est cela.et il devrait trouver des moyens de protéger l’environnement à travers les etapes de l'industrie du pétrole,y compris le transport en vue de réaliser le développement durable et les moyens continues le transfert idéal.
