المستخلص: لا شك أن وفرة وسائل الإعلام وتنوعها وكذا اتساع رقعة شبكات الإرسال جعل العالم اليوم منفتحاً على كافة المعلومات الإيجابية والسلبية التي لها آثار على مختلف الشرائح العمرية, وتعد فئة الشباب هي أكثر الفئات العمرية المتضررة من هذا الإعلام الجديد لكونهم يمرون بمرحلة حرجة في حياة الأسرة, كما يكتسبون عادات واتجاهات ومبادئ أخلاقية عامة ويتأثر سلوكهم بسلوك الجماعة التي ينتمون إليها ومن ثم يتأثرون بالآثار السلبية للإعلام التي تأثرت بها أسرهم فهم نتاج مجتمعي محض.
لقد أصبح شباب اليوم يعيش عالماً خاصاً به, له خصائصه ولغته نتيجة الإعلام الجديد, وغدا الشباب اليوم يهرب إلى هذا العالم, ذلك أنه يعاني من تناقض صارخ بين ما تقدمه له الأسرة وما يجده في المؤسسة التعليمية ثم ما يتلقاه عبر وسائل الإعلام. لذلك يخضع التأثيرات عديدة تمس جوانب متنوعة من حياته. وسنحاول في هي هذه الدراسة أن نتناول التأثيرات الأسرية والاجتماعية الناتجة عن الإعلام الجديد, ثم الجوانب الثقافية والمعرفية له لنختم البحث بالجوانب الأخلاقية والسلوكية.


There is no doubt that the abundance and diversity of media outlets, in addition to the expanding reach of transmission networks, has made the world open to all positive and negative information impacting upon different age groups. The young adult or youth group is considered to be the most harmed by this new media as they are passing through a critical stage of family life. They also acquire general habits, attitudes and moral principles whilst their behavior is influenced by the collective behavior of those they belong to. They are then affected by the negative effects of the media which their families have been influenced by and as such they become a pure product of the society.
The youth of today have come to live in a world which is specific to them. It has its own particular specificities and its own language as a result of the new media. The youth of today have come to flee to this world because he suffers from the blatant contradiction between what his family provides to him, what he finds within the education system and what he receives from the media. Consequently, he is subject to many influences that touch upon various aspects of his life. In this study, we will attempt to address the family and societal effects resulting from the new media and then the cultural and cognitive aspects related to him, before concluding the study with a look at the moral and behavioral aspects.
