المستخلص: This research is an analytical study Mqasidih to the implications of modern forbade the Prophet peace be upon him the Muslims to take the peace on the Jews and the Christians،The study shows that this prohibition is not exhaustive of all Jews and Christians، it is a special fighters who have declared war on Muslims، and is indicated by the following: 1 - The Prophet، peace be upon him، said that the announced for Muslims to resort to war Quraizah after popping them of treason and treachery. 2 - many texts from the Quran and Sunnah، which order kindness Muslims to non-Muslims and ordering them to disclose the peace among the people،، publishes the spirit of tolerance and forgiveness among them. 3 - The Jews when they greeted the Prophet، peace be upon him were poisonous say you any death upon you، and this prayer of loss and is not greeting. Researcher finds it permissible for a Muslim to deliver the Jews and the Christians on their peace is better than him.
