ETHICS OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AMONG COLLEGE STUDENTS OF HUMANITARIAN EVIDENCE FROM KING SAUD UNIVERSITY

Humanities at King Saud University. The study population consisted of all members of the faculty of PhDs in these colleges (Education, Languages and Translation, Arts, Business Administration) in King Saud University for the second semester of the academic year 14311432/ and the e›s (250) The study aimed to identify Ethics of scientific research among students in the college of individuals. After the distribution of the study tool to all members of the study, the obtained responses are (124). The percentage was approximately (50%) of the full members of the study. To answer the questions of the study, a descriptive analysis approach was used. Averages, standard deviations and variance analysis have been used to process the data. The results of the study were: The overall appreciation of the tool was moderately, as the arithmetic average (2.48), the same was the case with all areas of study. As for the paragraphs of the results of the study showed the presence of five vertebrae in the appreciation of low degree. The study also found no statistically significant differences on the overall utility of the study due to the variables of gender and academic rank. In light of the findings of the study, researchers mentioned a number of recommendations including: the need to emphasize the existence of a courses or part of the courses regarding the ethics of scientific research in the academic programs, to attach great importance to the graduate student as a scientific researcher, and the need of more attention to him through his preparation, training and rehabilitation, and the need to create a fund to support researchers from outstanding students in all colleges and universities to stimulate their abilities on scientific research, as well as the need for the Ministry of Education and Higher Education to develop curricula and teaching methods concerned with the development of research culture among students, and to establish a scientific journal to raise awareness of the ethics of scientific research |
