المستخلص: As computers have become more prevalent in everyday life and in the work place, their use has gained in importance around the world. Kuwait, like other countries, has recognized the need to increase the technological background of its students to compete better in world markets. The adoption of Information communication technology (ICT) in schools has made a slow progress since the mid-1980s despite the large investments in ICT infrastructure across Intermediate school. In order to devise implementation strategies it is important to understand how and when teachers use ICT. The theoretical framework guiding this research is based on ICT Adoption Model. The perceived attributes of an innovation were identified as key predictors that explain the implementation. Eight factors were measured to determine the level of ICT adoption by mathematics teachers, and to verify their perceptions toward the ICT attributes. Quantitative and qualitative data were used to draw conclusions about the influential factors associated with adoption of the innovation. 350 participants of mathematics teachers at Intermediate schools where analyzed using mixed research approaches. A number of significant outcomes were resulted. A conceptual Model (RCIREVTL) was proposed and tested, examining the important factors that influence mathematics teachers' decision on the adoption of ICT. The relative importance of each factor of the Model was determined by rank ordering the mean importance scores for each factor. Also, the impacts of demographic characteristics age, and gender were found non-significant predictors of RCIREVTL Model adoption. These findings highlighted many issues for further study.
