How to achieve genuine success in agricultural modernization efforts in the savannah region in northern Togo. For about half a century now, the savannah region in northern Togo, has been subject to important and multiform development strategies, laid either by the government, or by the NGOs, or international organization, but with no significant effect on the agricultural systems of production and the standard of living of the population. The authors of the present essay propose here some actions that can efficiently help to the success of the investments realised, and allow thus regional development. |
